By placing an order with Kys Boutique, you agree to the terms and policies provided on this website. Kys Boutique pieces are handmade. Slight variations in construction, fabric placement, print placement, embellishment placement, color and other handmade details may occur and are not considered defects. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, sizing information, shipping information and order details. Custom pieces are constructed according to the measurements provided by the customer. Kys Boutique is not responsible for fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements supplied by the customer or changes in the customer's measurements after an order has been confirmed. Photographs are intended to represent products and fabrics as accurately as reasonably possible. Colors, textures and other details may appear differently depending on lighting, photography and screen settings. Custom designs, fabrics, embellishments, materials and requested completion dates are subject to availability and approval. Submission of a custom request does not guarantee acceptance of the order. Kys Boutique reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when necessary. If Kys Boutique cancels an order that has already been paid for and the cancellation is not the result of a customer violation of these terms, any amount due back to the customer will be refunded as appropriate.
