Shipping Policy

Kys Boutique currently ships within the United States. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or included with the customer's invoice when applicable. Custom pieces typically require approximately 3–4 weeks for production before shipping. Production times are estimates and do not include carrier transit time. Requested needed-by dates are not guaranteed unless they have been reviewed and confirmed by Kys Boutique. Tracking information will be provided when available once an order has shipped. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and delays after shipment may occur outside of Kys Boutique's control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting an order. If a shipment appears lost, is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact Kys Boutique promptly so the situation can be reviewed and, when appropriate, investigated with the shipping carrier.
