Custom Order Policy

All Kys Boutique custom pieces are handmade specifically for the customer using the measurements, design, fabric and options approved for the order. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate measurements and reviewing all order details before approval. Kys Boutique is not responsible for fit issues caused by inaccurate customer-provided measurements or changes in the customer's measurements after the order has been confirmed. Custom requests are subject to fabric, material and embellishment availability as well as current production capacity. Submitting a custom request does not guarantee that the request will be accepted. Availability is not guaranteed until the order has been reviewed and confirmed by Kys Boutique. Typical production time is approximately 3–4 weeks. Customers may request a needed-by date, but requested dates are not guaranteed unless Kys Boutique has reviewed and confirmed the date. Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, alterations to the original design, fabric, measurements or other specifications may not be possible. Any approved changes may affect the price and estimated completion date. Because custom pieces are made specifically for the customer, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds except where otherwise required by applicable law or where Kys Boutique determines that an error occurred with the order. Handmade pieces may have slight variations in construction, fabric or print placement, embellishment placement and other details. These variations are a normal characteristic of handmade garments and are not considered defects.
