Cancellation Policy

Because Kys Boutique custom orders require planning, materials and production time specifically for each customer, cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been confirmed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact Kys Boutique as soon as possible. If production has not begun and materials have not been purchased, Kys Boutique may approve a cancellation at its discretion. Once materials have been purchased, fabric has been cut or production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. Kys Boutique reserves the right to cancel an order if the requested design cannot reasonably be completed, required materials become unavailable or other circumstances prevent fulfillment. If Kys Boutique cancels an order under these circumstances, any amount due back to the customer will be refunded. Failure to provide required measurements, approvals or other information necessary to complete a custom order may delay the estimated completion date.
